Shipping & Returns

For a shipment by Swiss Post Economy to the countries Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we do not charge shipping costs. With Priority we charge a surcharge of 3 CHF.

International shipping is possible and is calculated by weight in the shopping cart.

For the return of ordered goods, the goods must be absolutely undamaged. The packaging must be in the original condition. The shipping costs are paid by the sender. Under your order details you can find the Form Return Request.

Please contact us to clarify a necessary return transport.

Reduced goods (SALE) are excluded from exchange and return. Please avoid return shipments in principle.
